Return/Refund Policy

Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., warrants any item purchased from our bookstore to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship, for 60 days from date of purchase. Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., will either replace the defective item or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser, upon receipt of the defective merchandise. NOTE: Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., will not accept unauthorized returns, so contact our bookstore, at 904-765-3332, ext. 19, for any problem with an item for confirmation of a return. Proof of purchase must accompany any return. Sorry, shipping and handling charges on original invoice are not refundable.

Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantablility or fitness for a particular purpose. Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, nor for nay inconvenience or loss of use while the item is being replaced or returned.

The limited warranty described above represents the total liability of Christian Healing Ministries, Inc.

Pricing Policy

Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., reserves the right to be exercised at its sole discretion to revise price, limit quantities and correct printing/pricing errors, without prior notice.

Delivery Policy

Unless otherwise specified, Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., will ship any order (unless picked up in our bookstore) the most expeditious/cost effective method. NOTE: United Parcel Service (UPS) will not take an order for shipment that is addressed to a Post Office Box - it must have a street address, along with the city, state and zip code.

As a general rule, all orders received by our bookstore, whether via mail, fax, internet, or telephone, will be shipped within 5-7 business days, after receipt of order. For a quicker delivery, call, fax or email our bookstore manager with an order, stating "quick delivery," which carries larger shipping charges than normal processing - depending upon the carrier and time frame requested.

PLEASE REMEMBER: Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., is a shipper, subject to a carrier's dependability. Our responsibility for shipping an order ends when the carrier removes the shipment from our premises and/or the post office receives the order when we take to the post office for delivery. We will assist with every disposal at our means to trace an order for disposition when so requested.

Privacy Policy

Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., holds the privacy and security of our customers in the highest regard. To earn your trust, we respect your privacy in handling personally-identifiable information relating to you and your transactions with us.

Any information provided by a customer will be used to process your orders, and to identify you within our system. We may use your contact information including your email, to contact you if we have questions about your order. We may also use your email address and/or your address to notify you about new services or special promotional programs or send you offers or information. We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide, nor do we or will we use information for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order, except as previously stated.

We may share personally identifiable information with law enforcement or other entities as required by law or as we reasonably determine to be necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud, or to enforce our web site terms of use.

As stated above, you may receive periodic mailings with information on new products, services and/or upcoming events if you provide your online mailing address. If you do not wish to receive email from us, please let us know. Simply provide us with your name, exactly as it appears on your mailing label, mailing address, your client #, email address, and notify us that you want your name removed.

Terms Policy

Payments for all continental United States addresses may be by any of the methods outlined in #1, #2 or #3. For payments by any addresses outside the continental United States, payment must be made by #1 above.
