This is CHM's online prayer line for those people on your heart who need prayer. Please read the following before leaving a prayer request:

Please leave the FIRST NAME(S) only of each person for whom you wish prayer.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, please limit your requests to
no more than 10 names.

The following are some of the frequently asked questions about prayer requests:

Q: How do I fill out this form?

A. Enter one name per line.

Q: Who will be praying for these people?

A: Several intercessors of Christian Healing Ministries (CHM) - devout Christians located around the world.

Q: For how long will CHM intercessors pray for each request?

A: The intercessors of CHM will pray for each of your requests for a period of two months. If, at the end of that time, you wish for prayer to continue, please call again.

Q: May I list a name in more than one category?

A: Yes, in as many as appropriate.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of names I may submit?

A: We ask you to limit your requests to no more than 10 names.

Q: Do your intercessors pray for children?

A: YES! Please place an asterisk (*) after a name to denote a child age 13 or younger (i.e. John*).
