When ordering merchandise from Christian Healing Ministries, Inc., making a contribution, subscribing to The Healing Line, and/or registering for a seminar, Day of Healing Prayer, School of Healing Prayer, or any other activity requiring an attendance fee, payment can be made by any of the following methods:
          1. Online - VISA, MC, Discover, AmEx
          2. Mail, Telephone or In Person - same method as in #1, plus check or cash
          3. Credit - if previously established

Payments for all continental United States addresses may be by any of the methods outlined in #1, #2 or #3. For payments by any addresses outside the continental United States, payment must be made by #1 above.
